However, the testo 104-IR BT is equal to them all – no matter whether in incoming goods, storage or the counter display. It carries out non-contact surface temperature measurements with its infrared sensor. In order to achieve even more precise readings or to check for any violations of limit values, the hinged penetration probe also enables fast core temperature measurement. All readings are automatically sent via Bluetooth to the HACCP Check App on the testo 250 Tablet. This saves the data and supports employees on site, including when there are violations of limit values, using stored corrective measures.

The compact instrument’s penetration probe is always securely stowed away on the instrument itself. As soon as it is opened up, the display automatically switches on. And IR measurement starts at the touch of a button. Thanks to the large illuminated display, it is really easy to read the measurement result.
