Wherever food is sold, kept, or processed, the testo 103 food temperature thermometer can be used. It’s perfect for inspecting incoming goods, catering services, canteens and commercial kitchens, as well as cold storage rooms and supermarkets, to ensure that temperatures are maintained and that quality and hygiene standards are met.
When the probe is folded out at a 30° angle, it may also measure the core temperature of foodstuffs. This is especially useful – and often required – when checking food in certain storage locations or when it is piled high in boxes or on display, as it is not always possible to measure at an angle of 180°.
When you’re done with your checks, just fold the probe away and store the thermometer in your pocket until you need it again.
