Fast, precise and high resolution:
Resolution 0.1 hPa (mbar) and resolution of the altitude display derived from pressure 0.1 m!
As a reference for countless devices with integrated barometric sensor.
Barometric sensors are used in countless applications: examples are vehicles with combustion engines (air pressure as an important parameter for engine control), altimeters (calculation of altitude using barometric altitude formula), navigation systems, smartphones and of course in weather stations.
But is the absolute pressure displayed correct?
Thanks to optional calibration certificates the barometer can serve as a perfect reference instrument for checking the actual accuracy of corresponding devices
