Description

You should examine the flow speed or volumetric flow in the ventilation duct, among other things, to see if an air conditioning or ventilation system is working effectively with using Air Velocity Meter testo 425 . The room loads are not properly discharged if the air flow velocity is too low, and optimum room air quality can no longer be assured.

For rapid and easy flow measurement, use the testo 425 air velocity metre.

Quick spot measurements in ventilation ducts are possible with the testo 425 air velocity metre. It measures the temperature and records the flow speed. It also estimates the volumetric flow. This air velocity metre is very well adapted to low air flow velocity, with a measuring range of 0 to +20 m/s.

A telescopic flow probe is included with the air velocity metre.

The telescope has a probe head diameter of 7.5 mm and may be extended to a length of up to 820 mm.

Would you like to detect the volumetric flow on your air conditioning or ventilation system, as well as the flow speed? The Air Velocity Meter testo 425 air velocity metre has no issues with this. When you enter the duct surface area, the volumetric flow is automatically calculated during the flow measurement. The average volumetric flow, flow speed, and temperature reading are calculated using single and multi-point averaging.

On the LED display, you can see the current measurements, as well as the min/max and calculated mean value. You can use the Hold button to freeze the current reading so that you can compare it to another.

If you fail to turn off the air velocity metre, the Auto-off function will take care of it automatically. This saves battery life and guarantees that your air velocity metre is ready to measure the next time.
