You can measure non-contact rpm with the testo 465 tachometer with just one hand. This makes the tachometer useful for measurements on spinning parts like fans and shafts, for example. Simply place a reflecting marker on the measuring item, direct the visible red beam towards the marker, and take the rpm measurement. The measuring item and the tachometer can be separated by up to 600 mm.

The option to save min./max. and mean values, as well as the latest measured value, is a very useful tool. The SoftCase that comes with the package is excellent for protecting the tachometer. Reflective markers and a travel bag are also included in the package.
