Gadda’s core business is batch automatic lines. Batch furnaces for austenitizing and tempering, quenching tanks, loading/unloading machines, cooling stations, storage stations, and handling equipment might all be found on each line.

Heat treatment lines are fully automated, with computerised control systems controlling all processes. With sufficient storage stations, clients may run continuous production without supervision or on weekends. Projects are customised to meet the needs of the consumers.

Bars, alloyed steel pipes, fittings, forged or cast parts are examples of typical materials treated. Batch lines are incredibly adaptable and can handle practically any heat treatment. A modular design enables for future expansion to meet increased productivity demands.
