We have established a Measurement Laboratory and look forward to continuing to create technologies and propose new decision-making criteria in response to the measurement needs of the future.

It is critical that equipment be installed in a safe and proper manner to provide the customer with the maximum benefit possible for the application. There is no substitute for an experienced, safe, well-trained, and properly supervised installation crew during plant turnarounds, and KSPS offers unmatched capabilities in these areas.

We stay in constant communication with the onsite project manager to coordinate construction schedules. Just as important, our installers and integrators are always professional, organized, respectful, cooperative, and collaborative with other trades on site.

INSTRUMENTATION SMART START

Our certified, factory-trained technicians will ensure optimum performance and reliability for your measurement instrumentation.

 During startup you can expect the following:

1. Verification of proper mechanical installation Verification of the proper power and input/output signal wiring

2. Check configuration, perform diagnostic tests

3. Verification of the proper operation against calibration on standards

4. On-the-job training for site operation or field technician personnel

ANALYTICAL MEASUREMENT SERVICES

Our certified, factory-trained technicians will ensure optimum performance and reliability for analytical measurement instrumentation.

During startup you can expect the following:

1. Verification of the proper mechanical installation of transmitter and sensors.

2. Verification of the proper power and input/output signal wires.

3. Customization and adjustment of the transmitter parameters to match operating conditions and application.

4. Configuration and testing of all transmitters displays and output to provide plant controller or local indication devices the appropriate measurement.

NUCLEAR MEASUREMENT SERVICES

Lakeside is applying years of experience, technology, and service expertise to help ensure the efficient, reliable, and safe operation of next-generation radiometric gauges.

The servicing activities are the following:

1. Opening and closing of a source shutter

2. Assisting customer while mounting and dismounting of the radiation device (with source installed)

3. Collection of sealed radioactive source leak test samples from radiation devices

4. Commissioning and calibration of measuring systems with radiation devices

Lakeside recognizes that support services can vary widely from project to project and from customer to customer.

Different levels of services will often be required to support the ongoing management and maintenance of a process automation solution at existing sites. Lakeside maintains a staff of experienced instrumentation and measurement professionals who can provide the scope of support services required for our customer’s process automation solutions.

This service provides access to local Lakeside Field Service Specialists. If telephone technical support or remote diagnostics fail to determine the actions required to resolve the technical issue, a Service Specialist is available to be dispatched.

Lakeside is available 24/7/365 for our current install based sites and is only a phone call away.
